To start the installation of the drainage system, a trench is dug around the internal perimeter of the basement, at the joint between the wall and the floor, to place the FlowDrain drains on a gravel bed. Moreover, to control moisture from the walls and prevent water infiltration through the numerous cracks in the old walls of this basement, the specialist installed the vapor barrier membrane treated with an antibacterial layer along the wall. Next, the floor is covered with concrete.
