- A perforated receptacle was installed two feet deep in the ground. A support was added to elevate the pump, optimizing its operation. A battery-powered alarm was integrated, triggering an audible signal in case of abnormally high water levels. A hermetic cover with a floor drain was installed to prevent any leakage or rising moisture.
