Installation process:

Interior drain installation

Creation of a trench around the interior perimeter of the basement, at the junction between the walls and the floor. Installation of the interior drain on a gravel bed to optimize flow. Covering the floor with concrete to ensure a clean and waterproof finish.

SumPlus sump pump system installation

Installation of a perforated receptacle two feet deep. Addition of a support to stabilize the pump and optimize its efficiency. Installation of a battery-powered alarm to warn in case of excessive water level rise. Attachment of a hermetic cover with a floor drain, preventing moisture from rising and ensuring perfect waterproofing.

Water evacuation

The collected water is directed outside thanks to a SafeGuard discharge line, guaranteeing efficient and durable drainage.
