Challenge

Following our visit to Mr. Alexandros, it became apparent that the crawl space has a humidity and unpleasant odor problem, affecting the air quality and comfort of this space.

Resolution

To address these issues, our company, Sous-Sol Confort Inc., has a specialized team that will install a SumPlus sump pump system. Additionally, we will ensure the installation of a hermetic cover to prevent moisture and water evaporation. The sump pump system will then discharge water outside the house through a successfully installed SafeGard discharge line. We are committed to carrying out these works with care, installing an efficient and durable system.

As a result, once our interventions are completed, the basement will be dry and offer optimal comfort to our client.
