Resolution

Additionally, we proposed complete encapsulation of the crawl space floor using the Pro-20 millimeter Vapor Barrier membrane. Made of polyethylene and featuring a thick plastic coating, this membrane is designed to drain infiltrated water and effectively isolate the crawl space, thus significantly reducing humidity.

Furthermore, a collection basin was installed with a hermetic cover, allowing for efficient water evacuation and providing additional protection against moisture. Additionally, an AloAir HD55 dehumidifier was installed to maintain a stable humidity level. Thanks to this comprehensive solution, our client can now enjoy a healthy, stable, and secure crawl space.
