Replacement of an Efficient Sump Pump in the Basement in Montreal, QC

Challenge

Following our visit to Mr. Thomas, it became apparent that the basement has a humidity problem and musty odors, affecting the air quality and comfort of the space.

Resolution

To remedy these issues, our company, Sous-Sol Confort, has a specialized team that will install a SumPlus sump pump system. Additionally, we will ensure to install a hermetic cover to prevent the evaporation of moisture and water. The sump pump system will then evacuate the water outside the house through a successfully installed independent SafeGard discharge line. We are committed to carrying out these works with care, installing an effective and durable system.

As a result, once our interventions are complete, the basement will be dry and offer optimal comfort to our client.
