Resolution

To address this situation, Sous-Sol Confort proposed a long-lasting solution using a polyurethane-based product injected directly into the crack under high pressure.

Here are the steps of our intervention:

  1. High-pressure injection:
    • We inject a liquid polyurethane resin into the crack, allowing it to fully fill the space and create a waterproof and airtight barrier.
  2. Preparation of entry points:
    • Entry points are drilled on both sides of the crack along its entire length to ensure precise and uniform sealing.
  3. Finishing touch:
    • Once the crack is sealed, we apply a polyurethane-based coating to achieve a light gray finish, blending seamlessly with the surrounding concrete.

This process guarantees long-term and highly effective protection against water infiltration, permanently eliminating the issue.
