Resolution

To address these infiltrations, we installed an interior French drain system, coupled with wall waterproofing using the Pro 10 mil Vapor Barrier membrane. We also opted for the Flow Drain system, which prevents the accumulation of debris and soil, thus reducing the risk of traditional drain obstruction and facilitating maintenance.

For water evacuation, we installed a high-capacity SumPlus sump pump. Equipped with several alarm systems, this pump offers proactive protection by alerting homeowners in case of malfunction, thus ensuring optimal security against flooding.
