Basement Moisture Problem in Saint-Eustache, QC

Challenge

Following our visit to Mr. Cristian Ganon's residence, it became apparent that the basement has a moisture problem and unpleasant odors, which affect the air quality and comfort of this space.

Resolution

To address these issues, our company, Sous-Sol Confort Inc., has a specialized team that will proceed with the installation of a SumPlus sump pump system. Additionally, we will ensure the installation of a watertight cover to prevent moisture and water evaporation. The sump pump system will then evacuate the water outside the house through a separate SafeGard discharge line, which has been successfully implemented. We are committed to carrying out these works with care, installing an efficient and durable system.

As a result, once our interventions are complete, the basement will be dry and provide optimal comfort to our client.
